Welcome to Weatherization Works

Lebanon’s Weatherization Works Program helps residents lower their utility bills and improve indoor comfort by offering rebates for energy-efficient home upgrades.

This program is available to City of Lebanon utility customers. Homeowners may qualify for up to $1,750 in rebates for insulation, caulking, ductwork, doors, windows, and more.

Who Can Apply

  • Home must be served by City of Lebanon utilities
  • Available for both owner-occupied and rental properties
    (Note: Homeowner must apply and participate)
  • No income requirements
  • Home must be in good standing with no major issues such as:
    • Roof leaks
    • Sewer backups
    • Safety-compromising clutter
    • Known mold or asbestos

Rebate Incentives

Reimbursement applies to materials or contractor services. Homeowners may also complete improvements themselves.

How the Program Works

  1. Schedule an Assessment
    Call (417) 991-2SAVE to get started.
  2. Complete an Audit
    A certified technician will inspect your home and provide a report.
  3. Choose Your Improvements
    You decide what to fix based on the audit and rebate eligibility.
  4. Make the Improvements
    Hire a contractor or do it yourself — save your receipts.
  5. Get Reimbursed
    Submit your documentation to Public Works. The city will verify the work and issue rebates.
  6. Enjoy the Benefits
    A more comfortable home and lower utility bills.
