Dangerous and Unsafe Structures Identified for Action

The City of Lebanon is continuing its efforts to keep neighborhoods safe, clean, and livable. Some properties in the city have been identified as dangerous or unsafe due to structural damage, long-term vacancy, or conditions that attract crime and pose risks to the public.

Using inspection data and police crime heat maps, the City has prioritized structures that present the greatest concern. Property owners are given the opportunity to repair or remove these buildings in accordance with City Code. If no action is taken, the City may proceed with demolition to protect the surrounding neighborhood and public safety. We also have a map available to see where these properties are located.
