Code Administration

The Code Administration Department of the City of Lebanon is responsible for administering and enforcing codes established by the Lebanon City Council. These codes regulate the construction, use, and occupancy of buildings within the city. Our certified inspectors ensure safety through thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties.

The department issues various permits, including those for building, remodeling, utilities, fences, and pools. We also oversee ordinances related to zoning, building regulations, access management, and subdivisions, working alongside the Zoning and Planning Commission and the Board of Adjustments.
