Online Payments
Visit our online payment portal to register your account, make a payment, or set up autopay and billing reminders.
- Customers who previously used online payments or autopay must re-register once in the new system.
- After registering, you can securely store your payment information and manage your preferences.

- Have your account number and card number ready each time you pay.
- Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Other Payment Options
You can also pay your bill in person, by mail, or at our 24-hour night deposit box at City Hall.
- Mail: City of Lebanon, P.O. Box 111, Lebanon, MO 65536
- In Person: City Hall, 401 South Jefferson, open Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
- Night Deposit Box: Located outside City Hall for after-hours payments.
