If you experience a utility outage, call the City of Lebanon Outage Hotline at (417) 322-9001. This line is monitored 24 hours a day. Calling is the fastest way to reach our utility crews.
Please do not report outages through social media or Truman, our virtual assistant. Those messages may not be seen right away.
Non-Emergency Utility Questions
For routine questions or billing assistance, contact Lebanon Utilities at (417) 532-2345 or email Lebanon Utilities customer service.
You may also use the Report a Concern tool to report non-emergency public works issues, such as minor electric problems or streetlight issues.
Stay Informed During an Outage
During larger outages, the City shares updates on the City of Lebanon Facebook page when information is available.
Outages should still be reported by calling the outage hotline. Messages sent through Facebook or Truman do not notify our utility crews.
