9Housing Authority
The Lebanon Housing Authority is a public housing authority responsible for managing low-income public housing in the city. The properties managed by the Housing Authority include:
- Adams Place – 28 South Adams
- Harwood Manor – 261 Harwood
- Maple Village – 1225 Maple Lane
All other low-income housing in Lebanon is managed through the Section 8 Housing Program.

Appointment Process
Members of the Housing Authority Board are appointed by the Mayor of Lebanon and confirmed by the City Council. Members serve staggered four-year terms to ensure continuity and effective management of public housing efforts.
