Enhancing Our Community Together

#LevelUpLebanon is a biannual initiative dedicated to improving and beautifying the wards of Lebanon. Each year, we focus on two of our city’s four wards, rallying residents and city officials to work together toward a common goal: creating a safer, cleaner, and more vibrant community.

Spring 2026 #LevelUpLebanon will be announced in early 2026. 

How It Works

The #LevelUpLebanon initiative kicks off with a Town Hall meeting for the targeted ward residents – usually held at the Cowan Civic Center Theater. Here, residents have the opportunity to meet with city leaders, discuss community needs, share ideas, and plan for the upcoming cleanup events. This meeting is not just about hearing from our officials; it's about engaging every resident in a dialogue that shapes our city’s future. We encourage neighborhoods to work together and get to know each other. It's also a great opportunity to consider organizing a neighborhood watch program or simply having a barbecue or gathering.

Following the Town Hall, the weekend cleanup events take center stage. These events are a chance for residents to actively participate in beautifying their neighborhoods. Services provided during these weekends include:

• Community Cleanup: Dumpsters are provided at strategic locations within the ward for residents to dispose of unwanted items.
• Safety Enhancements: Free smoke detector installations are available through the Lebanon Fire Department to ensure homes are safe.
• Supportive Services: City staff are on hand to assist with cleanup efforts, ensuring that everyone can participate, regardless of physical ability.

Whether you're a long-time resident or new to our city, your participation is what makes #LevelUpLebanon a success. Here's how you can get involved:

• Attend the Town Hall Meeting: Stay informed about the meeting dates and locations via our website or local postings.
• Participate in Cleanup Events: Mark your calendar for the cleanup weekends and come out to lend a hand.
• Volunteer: Extra help is always needed, whether it’s offering physical assistance to fellow residents or helping with logistics. We encourage neighbors to help neighbors, and citizens from other wards to visit and assist.
