Adopt a Park
The Adopt-A-Park Program invites community members, businesses, and organizations to help keep Lebanon’s parks clean, safe, and beautiful. Volunteers work with the Parks Department on litter prevention, light landscaping, and improvement projects throughout the year. Participating groups are recognized with a certificate and a sign placed in their adopted park. This page provides steps to adopt a park, coordinator responsibilities, safety guidelines, and contact information. Get involved and make a visible impact in your community!

A New Day For Gasconade
A New Day for Gasconade is a citywide initiative focused on revitalizing Gasconade Park and the surrounding neighborhood. Led by the City of Lebanon, this effort includes increased police presence, skate park expansion, new walking trails, and future improvements like upgraded playground equipment. The goal is to create a safer, more welcoming space for families, children, and residents of all ages. 13th Annual Turkey Trot
Start your Thanksgiving morning with fun, fitness, and community spirit at the 13th Annual Lebanon Turkey Trot! Hosted by the Lebanon Parks Department, this family-friendly 5K at Atchley Park supports the Lebanon High School Hive Grind Program. 🏃♀️ Registration opens at 7:00 a.m. | Race begins at 8:00 a.m. 💲 $30 by Nov. 5 | $35 after | Family Rate: $80 (4 members) 🎽 Register by Nov. 10 to guarantee your T-shirt. 🍩 Donuts and coffee after the race! 🦃 The largest group wins a smoked turkey from the Steak Patrol!
