Jared Carr

Jared Carr assumed the position of Mayor in September of 2017, bringing his valuable expertise and leadership to the City of Lebanon. In June 2020, Mayor Carr was elected to a full term and then re-elected to a second full term in April of 2024.

Mayor Carr has established himself as a successful businessman, holding the positions of CFO at Carmeco, Inc. and Vice President at Osagian Canoes. With a deep-rooted connection to the Lebanon area, Mayor Carr is a lifelong resident, demonstrating his genuine care for the city and its future.

Educationally, Mayor Carr is an alumnus of Lebanon High School, where he laid the foundation for his academic journey. He further pursued his passion for technology and information systems, obtaining a bachelor's degree in computer information systems from Missouri State University.

Mayor Carr's diverse background, encompassing business acumen and technological expertise, equips him with a well-rounded perspective to address the needs of the city and its residents. His leadership and dedication to the betterment of Lebanon reflect his deep-rooted commitment to the community he calls home.
