Yes, the guidelines include:

• The service must be performed by a qualified energy auditor/HVAC contractor registered with the City of Lebanon.
• Rebate will not exceed the cost of services performed.
• Rebates are limited to one per residential or small commercial customer each program year, beginning in November.
• Rebates are awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis until program funds are depleted.
• The City of Lebanon reserves the right to inspect any site to verify successful completion of the audit and corrective actions before issuing the rebate.

If the program is abused by the customer or contractor, the City of Lebanon reserves the right to charge the cost of the rebate back to the customer’s utility account.
