  • After completing the audit, submit copies of the auditor’s invoice(s) and detailed report(s) to the address indicated by the City of Lebanon. A final re-test must be scheduled and performed to verify the proper installation of recommended improvements before receiving the second rebate.

    • The service must be performed by a qualified energy auditor/HVAC contractor registered with the City of Lebanon.
    • Rebate will not exceed the cost of services performed.
    • Rebates are limited to one per residential or small commercial customer each program year, beginning in November.
    • Rebates are awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis until program funds are depleted.
    • The City of Lebanon reserves the right to inspect any site to verify successful completion of the audit and corrective actions before issuing the rebate.
