Lebanon Utilities has officially launched a new online utility payment system, marking a key step in the City’s transition to a more modern and efficient enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
The new platform is designed to make paying utility bills faster, safer, and easier — and it brings new features to support customer convenience and long-term service improvements.
Anyone using online services — including online billing, autopay, autodraft, or paperless billing — will need to re-register their accounts to continue using those features. Registration is now open at:

“This is a big change — for our customers and our staff alike,” said Derek Gean, Communications Manager for the City of Lebanon. “But it’s a necessary move toward more modern, responsive city services. We’re asking for the community’s support as we work through this transition together.”
What’s Changing:
- Scheduled payments after May 30 were not processed
- Text/email reminders from the old system did not carry over
- To ensure payments are processed correctly, customers should re-register and set up new preferences before making any payments after May 30, 2025.
What You Need to Do:
- Re-register your utility account at https://lebanonmo.ourcommunityconnect.com
- Set up new autopay, billing reminders, or paperless options as needed
- Use your account number and email address on file with the City to complete your registration
Need Help?
We understand this transition may be challenging for some customers. To assist, we’ve set up a computer in the City Hall lobby where staff can help guide customers through the registration process. You can also reach our Utility Office for support — email is currently the fastest method:
“We’re confident this upgrade will lead to a much better experience in the long run,” added Gean. “We appreciate everyone working with us to get there.”
