Lebanon Utilities’ automated phone payment system (IVR) for utility billing is scheduled to be fully available for customers on Monday, November 3, 2025.
The IVR system allows customers to make secure utility payments 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling (833) 861-7536. Customers will need their utility account number and card number each time they make a payment.
The IVR system was temporarily unavailable earlier this year following a billing system upgrade. With this feature restored, customers once again have the flexibility to make payments by phone in addition to existing options.
Customers may also pay online through the secure payment portal, by mail, in person at City Hall during business hours, or through the night deposit box located at 401 South Jefferson Avenue.
