Lebanon Utilities is rolling out a new online payment system on June 3 to provide customers with a faster, safer, and more flexible way to manage their utility bills. The upgrade is part of a broader transition to new financial software designed to improve service and increase efficiency.
As with any major system upgrade, there will be a brief transition period. Current online and auto-pay users will need to re-register once the new system is live, and some payment services will be temporarily unavailable starting May 30 at 3:30 p.m.
“This is a big step forward for Lebanon Utilities and the customers we serve,” said Sean Bennett, Finance Director for the City of Lebanon. “We recognize there may be a few days of inconvenience, but in the long run, this system will make paying your utility bill much easier and more secure.”
What Customers Need to Know:
- The new payment system goes live June 3
- Online and phone payments will not be available after May 30 at 3:30 p.m.
- Automated phone payments are being discontinued permanently
- All current auto-pay and online payment users must re-register starting June 3

Lebanon Utilities will share sign-up links and step-by-step instructions closer to the go-live date, and staff will be available to assist residents with the process. Several processes are being put in place to help make the transition as smooth and easy as possible.
