Starting the New Year Together

This January message is arriving a little early, knowing many employees take time off around the holidays. Before the year officially turns, we want to thank you for the work you do every day to serve the City of Lebanon and our community.

As you spend time with family and friends over the coming days, we hope you’re able to unplug, recharge, and enjoy the season — even if winter is giving us more spring-like weather right now. Whether it’s warm afternoons or sudden cold snaps, please continue to stay mindful of safety at home, on the road, and on the job.

The new year will bring new projects, challenges, and opportunities, and none of it happens without a strong team behind it. We’re grateful for your dedication and look forward to continuing the work together in the year ahead.

Wishing you a safe holiday season and a Happy New Year.

New Way to Follow City Projects

The City has launched a new Engage project page as one of the ways we’ll be sharing information and gathering feedback on City projects moving forward.

This page highlights the future Southeast Lebanon Park on Mountrose Street. From the project page, you can learn more about the plan and, if you choose, take a short survey to share your input.

You may also notice ongoing work in the area, including utility relocation and stormwater improvements. This work helps prepare the site and improve drainage in the surrounding neighborhood.

Check out this new Engage tool and watch for more projects to be added in the near future.
