Here's a brief summary of major actions taken by the 𝗟𝗲𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 during their October 10th regular meeting:

1️⃣ 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Council passed Bill No. 6575, authorizing a three-year renewal of the city website service with CivicPlus.

𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁: This decision aligns with our mission of transparent government and citizen engagement, enhancing our online services. It also includes CivicMedia, allowing us to stream public meetings to multiple platforms, further increasing transparency. 💻📺

2️⃣ 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Council passed Bill No. 6576, authorizing the replacement of audio-visual equipment in the Stanley H. Allen Council Chambers.

𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁: This upgrade replaces aging projection and sound equipment, enabling us to start streaming public meetings, thus enhancing transparency. 📽🔊

3️⃣ 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Council passed Bill No. 6577, authorizing the purchase of sewer materials for the Lebanon Industrial Park.

𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁: This action is pivotal, considering the unprecedented growth of the Lebanon Industrial Park with three new businesses breaking ground in 2023, the first in more than 17 years. It's crucial to facilitate this expansion in enhance economic development. 🏭🌊

4️⃣ 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Council passed Bill No. 6579, authorizing asphalt paving and repairs and the construction of a batting cage at Atchley Park.

𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁: This action supports our commitment to keeping Lebanon walkable by repairing walking tracks and offers more recreational opportunities for children and families with the addition of batting cages. 🚶⚾

5️⃣ 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Council approved Bill No. 6580, authorizing asphalt paving and construction for a pickleball court and basketball court as part of the upcoming Wallace Park renovation.

𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁: Responding to the community's desire for more activities like pickleball, this decision enhances our recreational offerings. This is also one of the first actions in our current renovation of Wallace Park. 🏞🏀

In other news, council approved Mayor Jared Carr's appointments to the Lebanon Area Veterans Memorial Board. Appointments include:
