The following work projects are scheduled by the City of Lebanon Public Works Department for the week of Oct. 19-23:
Street maintenance crews will be making asphalt repairs and installing street signs in various locations in the city. Street sweeping will be performed in Ward 1. Work in these areas will have only minor impacts on the flow of traffic.
Crews are also scheduled to work on the construction of new road salt storage bins at the Public Works facility and continue excavation for the Perry Street project.
The construction crew will be replacing a pole and anchors on Mountrose Street and replacing and installing streetlights near South Jefferson Avenue.
The maintenance crew will be repairing streetlights on Commercial Street, hooking up new services on Elizabeth Drive and East Route 66 and responding to all service orders.
The substation crew will be installing wildlife guards and arrestors in Substation No. 3 and making transformer repairs at Substation No. 7.
The tree crew will be trimming and removing trees on South Jefferson Avenue and around Copperwood Drive.
