Residents may soon receive customer satisfaction survey
City of Lebanon residents may soon receive a copy of our second customer satisfaction survey from ETC Institute.
ETC Institute conducted the initial scientific customer satisfaction survey in 2018 to allow residents the opportunity to evaluate basic city services and help the city council prioritize goals for the following two years.
The 2018 survey indicated that our customers wanted an additional focus on traffic flow, property nuisance issues and maintenance of city streets and buildings.
While the Missouri Department of Transportation is responsible for Jefferson Street; they did improve traffic signal synchronization following a traffic study authorized by the Lebanon City Council.
In addition, we are nearing completion of a street realignment at Springfield Road and Commercial Street which will provide residents with an alternate route to travel across the city. Code enforcement activity has also more than tripled, and we have begun significant improvements to our city facilities.
If you receive a survey from ETC Institute, please take the time to complete it and return it in the enclosed postage-paid envelope. If you prefer to complete the survey online, the web address will be provided with your paper survey. Any information that could be used to identify individual survey responses will remain confidential.

The customer satisfaction survey is an important tool used by the Lebanon City Council and to set future priorities and to help city staff improve customer service.
