The following work projects are scheduled by the City of Lebanon Public Works Department for the week of June 29- July 3:
Street maintenance crews will be making asphalt repairs and installing street name signs in various locations in the city. Street sweeping will be performed in Ward 3. Work in these areas will have only minor impacts on the flow of traffic.
Street construction crews will be excavating in conjunction with the Springfield Road/Van Buren Street Project.
In the electric department, the construction crew will be replacing a primary pole on Morton Road and installing streetlight poles next to South Jefferson Street.
The substation crew will be working at Substation No. 3 installing wildlife protection and updating lightning arresters.
The tree trimming crew will be removing storm damaged trees from power lines around National Avenue and Mayfield Street.
The maintenance crew will be responding to all maintenance orders, repairing streetlights on North Madison Avenue and hooking up new services on South Jefferson and Castle Rock avenues.
