The City of Lebanon has the following projects scheduled for the week of July 10th.
Crews continue to work on the Catherine Street project. This week, construction crews are scheduled to begin excavation efforts for the new Catherine Street road bed, while another crew continues to install water and sewer lines between St. Louis Street and Wood Street. Catherine Street is closed for construction and motorists must use alternate routes until this project is complete.
New sidewalk construction continues along Jefferson Avenue, between Second Street and Third Street. Once crews complete the work in front of Mid-Missouri Bank, they will begin sidewalk construction along Jefferson Avenue between the railroad tracks and Pierce Street.
Asphalt work is taking place this week during overnight hours. Motorists may experience delays and possible detours as maintenance crews lay new asphalt to Main Street on the night of Sunday July 9th, and to Butler Drive the night of Monday July 10th.
Street maintenance crews will also be pothole patching and crack sealing asphalt in various locations within city limits.
Motorists are asked use extra caution and watch for traffic control signs in these areas mentioned.
