Trip Around the Ozarks for August 12, 2015

Hello Listeners;

Tomorrow at the Civic Center is Congresswoman Vicky Hartzler's Job Fair. Come talk with businesses that are hiring or are planning to hire in the near future. It is anticipated that experience and education levels of those who attend will be very diverse so all are welcome. This is a one-stop employment shopping experience for employers and potential employees alike. They are expecting 40 or more employers to be at the event!

Also tomorrow night at Lebanon I-44 Speedway there will be a special Thursday night of racing. Join them as they hold the Roper Classic with ground pounding modifieds and NASCAR's Kenny Wallace presented by Whelen Engineering. Info:

On Friday night in the Civic Center Theater Truelove Ministries and the Boswell Family present the Martins in concert. Also appearing will be the Truelove Quartet. The concert is free to the public and starts at 7PM. Info: 417-718-8000

On Saturday August 22 in the Cowan Civic Center Theater join Willamae and Friends as they bring some classic country music to Lebanon. The show starts at 7:30 and will have some great family friendly music and comedy. Info:

Starting off September we welcome the Missouri Horseshoe Pitchers Association back to the Cowan Civic Center for their three day State Championship. The tournament will begin on Friday September 4th through Sunday. This will be the 5th year in a row that they have held their tournament here in Lebanon. Info:

Saturday September 12 is the 21st Annual Case Knives Celebration. The day is built around everything "Case”. There will be the release of the 2015 Case XX Celebration Event Knife, Special deals on Case closeout knives, Cutting Competitions, Hourly Drawings and more. Info:

Just a reminder: Wednesdays and Saturdays rain or shine, are Lebanon Farmer's market days throughout the summer. Stop by for some of the freshest produce in the area. Info:
