Lebanon’s Public Works Department has the following projects, weather permitting, scheduled for the week of June 29th through July 3rd.
Street maintenance crews will be addressing cracks and potholes on streets in various locations throughout the city. Traffic control measures will be in place in those work areas. Street construction crews will be installing new sidewalk curb ramps at the intersections of Second and Adams and also Second and Washington. Construction crews will continue excavation for a new street in the Lebanon Marketplace development area.
Water utility maintenance crews will finish projects, around town, with landscaping. Crews will complete their work at the Southdale Centre and relocate to the Mighty Oaks area where they will begin the installation of new water and sewer lines. Maintenance crews will also be available for service calls and emergencies.
The electrical utility will have one crew working along the shoulders of East Fremont, and others working at the Lebanon Market Place and Southdale Center. One crew will also be connecting service to customers on Hoover. In addition, maintenance crews will be making repairs and LED conversions to streetlights around town.
