Nelson Park, a great location for families, company picnics, birthday parties and more, is bordered by Maple Lane, Bland Road, and Kent Drive. 

The park features:

• Four softball and baseball fields
• Concession stand
• Restrooms
• Two lighted tennis courts
• Small fishing pond for senior citizens and kids under 16 years of age
• Multi-purpose field
• New bathroom facilities and concession stand for multi-purpose field area
• Spectator seating
• Two shelter houses
• Fenced play area for child safety

Nelson Park includes Nelson Education Center, which houses satellite classes for Drury University, Ozarks Technical College and Missouri State University.
