About Downtown Lebanon
Established in the early 1900s to bring commercial activity closer to the railroad, Downtown Lebanon offers a variety of unique shops, restaurants, financial institutions, and historical buildings. The Downtown area has wide sidewalks and large store fronts that make it perfect for pedestrian window shopping. There is also ample parking either in our large commercial parking lots, or directly in the Downtown area.

Downtown Business District Information
In 1976, the merchants of Downtown Lebanon came together and formed the Lebanon Downtown Business District. The District serves to promote businesses and events, provide and maintain landscaping, coordinate closing streets and the use of sidewalk space within the District, and more. The DTBD is governed by a nine-member Board of Directors, appointed by the Mayor, and made up of owners or managers of businesses in the District. Board appointments run three years and members are eligible for re-appointment.
