Public Works
The City of Lebanon Public Works Department is a multi-service provider for the 14,000 plus residents living within its limits. Services provided by the department include operation and maintenance of the electric, streets, water, wastewater, stormwater, and engineering systems.

The department includes a staff of approximately 82 employees depending on the season, and a vehicle and equipment fleet of approximately 200 major pieces. Services are available 24/7/365. Special services for recycling and energy conservation are conducted by the department, which is located at 1401 W. Commercial Street.

Just a reminder, the City of Lebanon Department of Public Works is always available. If you have an emergency after hours, call the Police Department at (417) 532-3131 and they will contact us. If you have a sewer backup, water service break or other emergency, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
