The Cowan Civic Center Administrative Office's operating hours are:
  • Monday - Friday: 8 AM to 12PM & 1 PM to 5 PM
  • Saturday: Closed
  • Sunday: Closed

The Lebanon Family YMCA's operating hours are:
  • Monday - Friday: 6 AM to 9 PM
  • Saturday: 6 AM to 6 PM
  • Sunday: 12 PM to 5 PM
